Director Lee is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of multiple successful organizations dedicated to advancing education, community development, and family empowerment. Her visionary leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for serving others have positioned her as a respected leader in both the nonprofit and educational sectors. An accomplished educator, entrepreneur, and community advocate, Director Lee is the owner and operator of three thriving childcare centers and brings nearly 30 years of experience in early childhood education and administration. She holds a Child Development Associate Credential through Eastfield Community College and is a licensed Childcare Administrator. Widely respected in her field, she has received numerous awards and recognitions for her outstanding contributions to Early Childhood Education, educational leadership, and child development. Her commitment to nurturing future generations extends beyond the classroom as she equips educators, empowers families, and helps children reach their fullest potential. Expanding her impact throughout the community, Director Lee founded the Joy to the World Outreach Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing disparities in education, healthcare, employment, and housing while creating pathways for individuals and families to thrive. Through strategic partnerships, advocacy, and community-based initiatives, she continues to champion opportunities that promote long-term success and self-sufficiency. A dedicated servant leader in ministry, Director Lee faithfully serves alongside her husband as visionary leaders of two church campuses. Through preaching, teaching, mentoring, and outreach, she has devoted her life to strengthening individuals, empowering families, and advancing the message of faith, hope, and service within the community. Her passion for strengthening and empowering women led her to co-found Sisters A.C.T. (Sisters Actively Communicating Together), a global movement dedicated to inspiring women to walk boldly in faith, purpose, and leadership. Through mentoring, teaching, and outreach, she continues to encourage women to maximize their God-given potential and influence. In recognition of her lifelong commitment to Christian service and education, Director Proctor-Lee was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Christian Education from Providence National Christian College. Director Lee is also a published author and co-author of Behind Her Brand: The Christian Edition, Volume 2 and The First Lady. Her most recent work, Together with God: A 30-Day Devotional for Mothers and Daughters, reflects her passion for spiritual growth, family discipleship, and strengthening faith across generations. Together with her husband she is the proud mother of four children and remains deeply committed to faith, family, and service. Through her leadership, vision, and dedication, Director La’Kitsha J.
